Ddx3216 Software Download
Hi Have you tried to download the DDX3216 File Exchange-software from the Behringer website? I had this problem too, it's fixed now!
You have to connect the DDX to your computer using MIDI or the com-connection. So download the DDX3216 File Exchange software and the latest version of the DDX3216 firmware. Unzip the files into one directory on your pc. Run DDX3216 File Exchange Use 'Configuration' to let your pc find the DDX. (choose com or MIDI) You'll see 4 windows in this program.
Find the directory in which you've put the files in the upper right window. Select the directory by clicking it ONCE. In the lower right window you'll see all the files in that directory.
Drag the.bex-file into the middle window. You'll see an alert pop up which asks if you are sure you want to replace the current settings. Click YES The program will now erase the flash-memory (and all settings!!) from the DDX and replace it with the latest version.
This takes some time, you'll see a time bar on both screens, pc and DDX Good luck! Roel Belgium. Hi I have 4 of these desks, the error you may be getting is a power failure which I had to rectify on all the desks at some point. Each section of the desks has it's own power connector like a motherboard in a PC. Basically they have smaller boards that need there own power supply. Depending on how the desk was made these can and do come apart, especially when you open the desk up. It opens like a clam and if you may not notice the power connectors on the right hand side towards the back.
If they were clipped to the chassis they will come apart and you will get different errors as they fail. Open up the desk if you feel qualified to do so, or get some one who is and pull of the large multi pin connectors use a tiny bit of Lock tight or similar then reassemble.
Do the same for all the power connectors and try get some slack into the cables. Make sure all power connectors are locked up tight. Close up the desk and power up watching for any areas without power. I have used the desks daily and they were both second hand they play fine now and one of the must be 8 years old!! Cheers All Bob Wavesound.

Value - Power - Features - Fun I got my DDX3216 from Musician's Friend late Dec 2004 right after I noticed that Behringer dropped the price by almost half. Just having memory alone on a mixer is like when you get your first multi FX unit for gutar and find out how to store your stomp boxes in the CLOSET, you won't even wanna do it any other way. It's like grandma's cord phone and your cell, once you're gone - you can't go back. You can switch from Ozzy type full on FX to simple Clapton whisper tone in the punch of a button, or reconfigure from one band or studio config to another with the same ease.
I had a Behringer UB2442FX 16 channel mixer before this one and it was really a nice mixer, so I went for the DDX without any reservation. Keygen by ACME Solution manual logic design Download serial number for Download telerik.web.ui.dll latest version.

Mine is awsome, way better than any Mackie I've ever heard and they cost three times as much for half the features. Also, I saved a bunch of wire and other rack mount gear because it has everything built in. That helps maintain a clean sound, using a lot less wire.
If it has a disadvantage, it's that there is so much this thing can do, it takes some time to learn how to use some of the high end features. But it is pretty intuitive. Routing and MMC are not for the weak at heart, but I think that goes for any unit that will do this stuff. If you're watching your pennies and want a TON of features, this is definately the way to go. You can't go wrong. POOR Service We had 3 of these installed in our new church 1 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with every board since the day they were installed. At the time we. We had 3 of these installed in our new church 1 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with every board since the day they were installed.
At the time we paid top dollar for them because they were new. The service or lack of service we recieved from Behringer turned me against that company for ever. When the boards work corectly they are great, because of the ability to save complete settings and recall them. But if I were to do it over again I would spend the extra money and go with another digi board!
I've been using this unit for two years now and have very few complaints. I also use two ADA8000, Alesis Masterlink and an Alesis HD24. This unit is way cool. I've used it for live recording and sound reinforcement without a hitch.
It did take a while to get use to switching between banks and the fan started making noise after a year or so. My only real complaint is that I can't find a road/rack case it fits in. This unit sounds clean and is worth way more than it cost to buy. Software upgrades are easy to do.
The effects work pretty good too. I now have a lot of outboard gear I no longer use thanks to all the built-in stuff. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in getting into recording. What a great unit!!!! I bought this mixer as an upgrade for my Yamaha Pro-Mix 01, and it is fair to say that I am disappointed to a certain extent. Of course, with this price-tag it's impossible to have a better digital mixer.
The price is great, but 24bit and so many good features and having a less than decent sound, it is make no sense to me. As a musician, I sell my sound, and the DDX-3216 does not help me to achieve this. Anyway, as a keyboard sub-mixer it works fine, but if I have to use the pre-amps or use more extensive EQ, the DDX-3216 reveals it's main flaw: harshness. On the positive side, the meters are super cool!.
I've used the DDX3216 extensively for 9 months. In short, it is a dream. It's a perfect compliment to a MOTU 2408 or RME Hammerfall system when used with the mixer's optional ATDT16 adat option cards (total of 32 optical channels in and out). I also use it with the Focusrite Octopre with lightpipe out.
I run my MOTU 2408 light pipe to the DDX3216 (24 channels in and out!) and then I run the focusrite octopre into the remaining 8 ins on the DDX3216. I can fully automate 32 channel mixes from my DAW (Sonar), using the built-in compression on every channel and the four on-board effects processors. The built-in a/d converters sound great. The user interface is clean and very easy to understand. I can't believe they sell this thing for this cheap! I did have one problem: I was using it so much that the mainboard died on it after about five months of use.
Fortunately, it was under warranty. Don't know if this was a defective unit or if it will fail regularly with heavy use.
Time will tell. Otherwise, I'm married to this thing.
We use this mixer for our church services. I've had a yahmaha 8 channel powered mixer, a carvin 16 channel power mixer, a Behringer 24 channel non-powered mixer, and this Behringer DDX3216. I am quite impressed with it, and compared to all of the other mixers I've used, it has tons of features, and is incredible flexable and expandable.
I'd say that off all the features of this mixer, I like the fact that it is so expandable, and when it comes to signal routing, there is no comparison to an anolog bord! I'm very happy! I purchased the DDX3216 unit about 3 months ago. I also purchased 2 Adat modules (32 Channels of Digital I/O). I can't believe the power and flexability. The sound quality of this board is great and the onboard effects are above average.
The routing flexability is unbelievable. And after you're done setting this bad boy up, just save your settings in the 1 of 99 user memory locations and it you can bring it back in an instant. (Great for complex live shows!) This is an incredible product for live or studio.
All I have to say is WOW!!!
But if I were to do it over again I would spend the extra money and go with another digi board!. Before buying this board, I read all the reviews here on this site and at various audio sites. Ihave been using a Studio Master Trilogy board for the last 4 years. I have various effects, gates, compressor/limiters etc, in the system. This DDX3216 does ALL that and more. It blows away the Studio Master in ease of use and setup time.
I have various setups need. This board is used in a church for the worship team, various special productions, and the sermon.
It works GREAT! Setups are recalled in seconds (once they have been entered and saved.of course)! The old board had to be set by using pages out of a sound catalog that had lines drawn on it where the different settings were set (EQ, effects input, monitor sends, etc.). Now I just have to push RECALL and select what I want. And the value is excellent! This board cost less than the Studio Master did.
In my opinion (and the opinion of those who use and helped pay for it at church) this is much better than the analog one. Now I can sell all the different processors (effects, gate, comp/limiter, etc) that we were using.
I bet I get all the money spent on this board and then some after selling them. Thanks for the excellent price and speedy delivery! Hi Have you tried to download the DDX3216 File Exchange-software from the Behringer website?
